Refund policy

Please choose your purchases carefully as our does not accept returns unless they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged or broken because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging. If you have an item you wish to return, you must first email to me for a Return Advice form and send the item back to me within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
